Our kitchen is liberal, yet maintains its respect for tradition,
bringing together various European styles to form a perfect
harmony of taste. Discover Mediterranean, Scandinavian and East
European dishes - all prepared in full view and with the
greatest attention to detail in our open kitchen. Our chef,
Sven, will only use fresh vegetables, so that he can guarantee
complete freshness and quality.
The menu offers a choice of both fish and
meat combinations, and complementary wines from an impressive
selection. Of course this includes the traditional wines, but it
has been expanded with a more daring selection of wines from
Spain, Italy, South Africa, Australia, California and South
America.
